A total of 369 buildings in the Hines global porfolio have green certifications.
With innovative building, energy, clean-air and water-saving technologies, One Museum Place will join 369 other Hines Green Certified buildings around the world when it recieves a LEED Platinum Certification. This will be one of the first major projects in Shanghai to receive the LEED Platinum distinction. Hines continually strives to be the industry leader in sustainability.
