The Pavilion

The lifestyle-oriented pavilion features two large outdoor garden terraces on levels 3 and 4, along with 6 levels of interior space. A range of dining and entertainment options, from food-court to fine-dining along with a variety of lifestyle retail shops will serve the needs of the office tenants, while attracting shoppers and visitors from throughout Jing An District. The formal Gallery at the south end of the office lobby connects directly to the podium through the light-filled Winter Garden.

The all-glass ‘Winter Garden’ is a comfortable interior space filled with light, designed to be enjoyed by tenants 365 days a year. The space will also be used for art exhibits, musical performances and other specialty events. Tenants arriving at Level B2 of One Museum Place will travel up the escalators into the large glass atrium which provides expansive views of the office tower above, the surrounding gardens, historic district and city beyond.

One Museum Place features two large exterior terrace spaces on level 3 and 4 which overlook the Jing An Sculpture park and offer stunning views of the Shanghai skyline. The terraces offer unique exterior space for both tenants and the public alike.

The exterior plaza area to the east of the Winter Garden is home to a landscaped outdoor area stretching the entire length of the site from Xinzha Road to Shanhaiguan Road. The Plaza hosts multiple water features, numerous benches and areas for sitting, intimate landscaping, as well as two kiosk retail shops and multiple entrances into the Metro.
